What Our Lifetime Warranty Covers

• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

• Premature breakage of chains, clasps, or weld points due to production flaws

• Excessive tarnish or plating failure that occurs under normal use

What Isn’t Covered

1. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or improper care (e.g., impact, chemicals, extreme heat).

2. Alterations, repairs, or resizing performed by anyone other than an authorized Dethro technician.

3. Normal wear-and-tear such as surface scratches, slight dulling, or minor abrasion over time.

How to Claim Your Warranty

1. Email info@dethrodesigns.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the defect.

2. Our support team will review your claim within 2 business days and provide return or repair instructions.

3. Once approved, we will repair or replace the item at no cost and ship it back to you.

• Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

• Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications voids the warranty.
